Numbers can feel overwhelming when you’re busy running a business you care about. That’s where Rubin Bookkeeping LLC comes in.

We believe small business owners deserve a bookkeeper who genuinely cares about their success. We take the financial details off your plate so you can focus on growing your business and doing what you love.

With a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Pace University and experience at EY and growing companies like Oishi, Magic Spoon, and Smalls, we bring professional-level expertise with the personal attention of a small practice.

We especially love working with startups, helping founders build clean, reliable financial systems from the beginning. Whether you’re a startup, small business, healthcare practice, or nonprofit, you’ll receive honest communication, careful attention to detail, and books you can trust.

With Rubin Bookkeeping, you’re not just getting a bookkeeper—you’re gaining a partner invested in your business.
